Avoid retinol and acids for 5–7 days before and sun for 2 weeks. Reschedule if the skin is irritated or inflamed.

Does microneedling hurt?
We apply a numbing cream first, so most people describe it as a light vibration or scratching. The forehead and upper lip feel a little more, but the treatment is well tolerated.
How much does microneedling cost in Tallinn?
Microneedling is €125 a session (75 minutes). Combined with a BioRePeel chemical peel it is €100 — we set the exact plan at your consultation.
How many sessions do I need, and when will I see results?
Usually 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Collagen builds slowly, so the real result is judged 8–12 weeks after the last session — this is an investment, not a quick fix.
Does it help with acne scars and pores?
Yes — for scarring and enlarged pores it is one of the most evidence-backed methods available. We do not treat over active inflammatory acne; we calm the inflammation first.
What is the downtime?
The skin is red for 24–48 hours, like light sunburn, and may flake slightly the next day. Skip make-up for 24 hours, and sauna and the gym for 48.
Who is it not for?
Not during pregnancy, with active cold sores or a skin infection, after a recent isotretinoin course, or with a tendency to keloid scarring. We always check this at the consultation.
