Before your appointment
Shave the area 24 h before, but don't pluck or wax for 4 weeks before. Avoid sun and self-tanner for 2 weeks. Come with no cream or deodorant on the area.
Who it's not for
Not during pregnancy, on recently tanned/self-tanned skin, with active cold sores or skin infection, or while on photosensitising medication. Tattooed areas are not treated.

Is the result permanent?
Treated follicles stop producing hair for good. A few can reactivate over the years (hormonal changes, for example) — an occasional maintenance session keeps things smooth.
How should I prepare for a session?
Shave the area 12–24 hours before, avoid sun and self-tanner for about 2 weeks, and do not wax or pluck for 4 weeks before — the hair root must be intact.
